Bill Synopsis: This bill would require the Office of Environmental Health Hazard and Assessment (OEHHA) to study the health impacts of microplastics in drinking water, including bottled water, to evaluate and identify a level of microplastics in those types of water that is not anticipated to cause or contribute to adverse health effects, or that does not pose any significant risk to health.
