Bill Synopsis: This bill expands upon the existing Plastic Microbeads Nuisance Prevention Law by prohibiting the sale, distribution, or promotional offering of personal care and cleaning products that contain plastic microbeads used as abrasives in non-rinse-off items, as well as cleaning products containing plastic microbeads in specified amounts, and personal care products containing plastic glitter.
