Bill Synopsis: This bill cracks down on deceptive vape products designed to evade adult detection and target youth by prohibiting the sale and marketing of vape products that imitate candy, school supplies, or clothing, that use branding depicting characters known to appeal to minors, or that include interactive videogame features. AB-2667 also directs the state to evaluate safer disposal options for vape devices confiscated from students and authorizes household hazardous waste facilities to mechanically disassemble vape pens.
