Bill Synopsis: This bill would prohibit a person or entity from manufacturing, selling, or distributing into commerce intravenous solution containers made with intentionally added DEHP, and commencing January 1, 2031, prohibit a person or entity from manufacturing, selling, or distributing into commerce intravenous tubing made with intentionally added DEHP for use in neonatal intensive care units, nutrition infusions, or oncology treatment infusions.
