Bill Number: AB-1901
Bill Author(s): Assembly Member Marc Berman
Legislative Session / Year: 2026

Bill Synopsis: This bill would impose ingredient transparency obligations on manufacturers of children's diapers sold in California. Consumers would be directed to that disclosure via information printed on the product's outer packaging.
