Bill Synopsis: This bill would impose ingredient transparency obligations on manufacturers of children's diapers sold in California. The measure requires manufacturers to publicly disclose on their websites every chemical intentionally incorporated into the product, along with its Chemical Abstract Service registry number and functional purpose. Consumers would be directed to that disclosure via information printed on the product's outer packaging.
