Bill Synopsis: The commissioner of a county shall require a notice of intent to be submitted before a person applies a pesticide, made for production of an agricultural commodity, within one-quarter mile of any schoolsite using an application method restricted pursuant to Section 6691 of Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations.
