Bill Synopsis: This bill would require the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) to develop alternative management standards (AMS) for the management of photovoltaic (PV) modules, and requires DTSC, prior to initiating rule-making on the AMS, to hold a public workshop to discuss concepts with and hear from stakeholders on the AMS for PV modules.
