Bill Synopsis: This bill amends the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989, expanding the capabilities of the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery in managing illegal disposal sites, authorizing the department to provide grants to public entities for the cleanup of general illegal waste disposal, and also for the removal and disposal of recreational vehicles that are considered illegal dumping.
