Bill Synopsis: This bill would prohibit the use of a second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide within 5,000 feet of a wildlife habitat area, and prohibit the use of first-generation anticoagulant rodenticide, defined as a pesticide product containing the active ingredients diphacinone, chlorophacinone, or warfarin, in a wildlife habitat area or within 5,000 feet of a wildlife habitat area.
