Bill Synopsis: This bill, the Musk Reduction Act, would expand that prohibition by adding musk ambrette, musk tibetene, musk moskene, and musk xylene to the list of banned ingredients, and prohibit the use of musk ketone in cosmetic products in excess of specified amounts, including 1.4% in fine fragrance products, and oral products.
