If you have not heard Mark McAfee speak about raw milk, you are in for a treat! No one is more knowledgeable about raw milk, it's history, nutrients, health benefits, and politics. He is a lively story teller.
Mark is making a special trip just to speak to our WAPF group. You will see a lively presentation and be able to ask all your questions. Mark will bring FREE SAMPLES. We just have to provide the audience, and we want to have a good group. Please BRING your curiosity and a friend.
We will also have a WAPF potluck. Please bring a potluck dish that meets WAPF guidelines: (organic/non-gm, no refined grains or sweeteners, additive/preservative/ refined oil free).
We are looking forward to another WAPF "legal" potluck (organic/non-gm, no refined grains or sweeteners, additive/preservative/ refined oil free). If you can bring your own potluck dinnerware, we can reduce expenses and trash.
Also, we would welcome a contribution to Mark's "Thank You" bag (fruit from your tree, a ferment, a food item you have made, etc.) He is driving in from Fresno and speaking for free because he supports WAPF, but we would like to recognize his contribution to health and vitality.
